The PAA is dedicated to serving the needs of Australia's Pakistani community. The website was originally set up as a basic information portal, but soon developed into a hub of activity, creating the Pakistan Business Network. The PAA website was also a direct avenue of major fundraising to assist in the Pakistan Earthquake appeal, run in partnership with World Vision and Australian Red Cross.
